Panasonic just announced their latest entry-level mirrorless camera : the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF6. Nothing spectacular in this new model. Still the same sexy and sleek small body with powerful features from its predecessor. It now comes with WIFI + NFC ( Near Field Communication ) technology that allows the camera to connect or share the photos with nearest NFC-enabled devices. It’s a rather new technology but major of Android smartphones already has it ( new Blackberry z10 too ). Cool !
The camera will available in 4 different color taste : Black , White, Brown and Red
Rumors popped up lately about the new Panasonic GX1, Panasonic’s latest four-third camera. The rumors are likely true since there are already several leaked pictures of the GX1. It’s body looks similar to the earlier Panasonic GF1 and will be announced in November 8th, 2011.
Latest hot news came from 43rumors ! According to their sources, Panasonic is going announce new Panasonic Lumix GF7 camera in end of this year (November or December). There is no details specifications yet but some product code has been leaked:
DMC-GF7k: This is the GF7 with 14-42mm kit lens
DMC-GF7x: This is the GF7 with Panasonic-Leica 25mm f/1.4!

New micro four third camera from Panasonic, the Panasonic GF3 is now in-stock at online retailers ( Amazon and B&H) for following price: $699 ( Body + 14mm f/2.5 lens ).

Another new cameras are entering the market. This time is from Panasonic. They just announced two new cameras , the superzoom FZ47 / FZ48 and the budget compact DMC-LS5. I’m sure you love to read the whole press releases but here’s some quick recap on both cameras
Panasonic G3 has two types of owner’s manual : Basic and Advanced. The Basic version is consists of 55 pages , cover basic topics from how to attach a lens to taking simple photos. More detailed instructions are available on the Advanced version.

The Panasonic Lumix GF3 is available for pre-order at Amazon. From the press release, we learn that the camera will be priced at $700 ( with 14mm lens ) and $599 ( 14-42mm lens ). The GF3 will be available in four different colors : Black, White, Brown and Pink. Estimate availability for shipping is around August 2011.
