Here’s the 10 minutes of first review of the new Sony Alpha 99.

The sony Alpha 99 is the new successor of Sony’s A900 DSLR , featuring 24.3 MP full-frame image sensor, a unique dual phase-detect AF system and plenty of innovative features.

The price ??? US$2800 for Body-Only option. The camera should be available in market this November 2012.

Sony just released firmware updates for their latest SLT camera , Sony A77 and A65.  Version 1.03 will add support for external macro flash, improve response time on some operation and other minor improvement. The updates can be downloaded from Sony website , available in Windows and Mac format.

1. Support flash control function for Micro Twin Flash Kit, HVL-MT24AM.
2. Improved response time of the following operation,
   - Switching the screen mode between the LCD monitor and the electronic viewfinder
   - Front and Rear control dial
   - Fn button control
3. Other functional improvement.

DxOMark just finished their test on the new Sony NEX5N and not surprisingly, the results are better than the Sony NEX-C3. Sony NEX5N gives better image quality for portrait, landscape and sports photography. Although, i think , the differences are barely noticeable.

Powered with new and better 24 megapixels APS-C sensor, the Sony NEX7 is surely able to gives high quality photos even in dim light situations. It’s Sony ! their sensors are being used in the latest Nikon’s DSLR , Nikon D7000 and D5100. As you may probably know , DxOMark sensor scores for both camera is pretty impressive , comparable to those full-frame professional DSLRs.

The rumors is always right ! Sony finally unveils their latest innovative camera to the market. They are Sony Alpha SLT 77, Sony Alpha SLT A65, Sony NEX7 and Sony NEX5N camera. Along with that, Sony also announces four lenses for A and E mount and new battery grip.
